How you will make a difference:

The Technical Support for Ecommerce is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce platforms. This job primarily assists the Senior Ecomm Technical Support Analyst/Ecomm Technical Support Manager in the management, administration, and troubleshooting of the eCommerce systems. Additional technical support related to skill set may also be required as a secondary responsibility.

What You'll Do:

· Provide technical assistance to users and assist the Senior Technical Support/Specialist in troubleshooting application issues.

· Assist in the operational maintenance and technical system maintenance of Ecommerce platforms. These are,

· Management of Shopify eCommerce integrations and technical related tasks

· MySQL DB management, including reporting function.

· Understanding of API setups and configuration among platforms

· Front-end technical tasks related to Shopify, including Liquid application.

· Payment and marketing integrations, such as Klarna, Klaviyo.

· Coordination and support for fulfillment processes, including support for Deposco and Shipstation systems.

· Document support interactions with end users and provide recommendations for improvement of the processes.

What You'll Need:

· BA or BS Degree in Computer Science or related filed such as Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience

· 2+ years' experience in a related field

· Knowledge of MySql scripting and Web Api tools.

· Experience with Shopify and understanding of eCommerce backend mechanism.

· Experience in similar role on eCommerce environment.

· Knowledge of retail systems is a plus.
