Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of samples.
  • Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered at the clinic.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and scheduling.
  • A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing outstanding client service is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Veterinary hospital: 1 year (preferred)
  • Veterinary front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
