Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our spa . This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, as well as proficiency in various social media tools and graphic design software.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve organic reach.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to support social media initiatives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO strategies and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Ability to conduct keyword research effectively to enhance content visibility online.
