We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, design compelling campaigns, and grow our brand across multiple online platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing all online marketing and social media initiatives. This role combines creativity, strategy, and analytics to boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging visual and written content for posts, stories, ads, and campaigns
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid ads, and promotional content
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all channels
  • Monitor campaign performance, track analytics, and optimize for best results
  • Coordinate with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Research industry trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage website updates and support SEO efforts
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance summaries

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong graphic design and content creation skills (Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and measure ROI
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive with attention to detail
