Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing strategies, along with proficiency in graphic design and social media management tools. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving business growth through innovative social media initiatives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to increase reach and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve organic search rankings
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand voice adherence
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products effectively through social channels
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in digital marketing and social media trends to continually enhance campaign effectiveness

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably within an e-commerce environment
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media advertising platforms
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation
  • Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns that include graphic design, copywriting, and analytics is highly desirable
