We're looking for an HVAC Lead Installer & Service Technician who is energetic, motivated, and passionate about residential work. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring that our customers' homes stay comfortable year-round.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to explain complex HVAC concepts to others.
  • Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Expert knowledge of resource allocation, scheduling labour, and time tracking against estimates.
  • Class B Gas Fitter Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Oversee HVAC service and installation activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and operational excellence.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory, tools, fleet assets, and vendor coordination to support seamless field operations.
  • Assist with labour forecasting, budget tracking, and cost optimization for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Meet with clients to assess HVAC and mechanical needs and translate them into accurate estimates.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, sales strategies, and operational budgeting.
  • Maintain safety compliance and uphold our reputation for clean, high-quality work.
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install residential sheet metal duct systems.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
