What You'll Do:
- Represent Rogers, one of Canada's most recognized brands, with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Engage with pre-qualified leads provided through exclusive campaigns
- Present customized solutions to new customers based on their needs and preferences
- Work closely with senior representatives and managers to develop your skills in sales, leadership, and team-building
- Meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting
- Participate in weekly workshops focused on personal and professional development
