**Rogers Client Representative Responsibilities**:
- Proactively engage with eligible consumers to assess their needs, providing tailored recommendations for Rogers solutions that enhance their connectivity experience
- Drive results by collaborating on targeted sales campaigns and upselling products, ensuring customers have access to the latest technology and services
- Participate in weekly Rogers Client Representative meetings to discuss customer engagement strategies and share insight
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry, including Rogers product offerings, to address customer inquiries and close sales
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly goals related to customer satisfaction, sales targets, and brand expansion, contributing to Rogers’ market presence
**Rogers Client Representative Requirements**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education certificate is required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or management is preferred, but not required
- Roger Client Representatives must have a strong desire to expand their knowledge and expertise in telecommunications, sales, and account management, with a focus on personal and professional development
- Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with not only customers but their colleagues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Overcome challenges with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions in real time
- Share knowledge and contribute to the overall success of our Rogers Client Representative team
- Ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
Pay: $16.25-$20.56 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
