We are eagerly hiring motivated, career-focused individuals to join our growing team as our next Field Sales Agent. As a trusted partner of Rogers Communications, we specialize in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Rogers Field Sales Agent will be responsible for educating residential customers on available wireless, TV, internet, and home security services to ensure they receive the products and services best suited to their needs. As a Rogers Field Sales Agent, you will be on the front lines of presenting leading telecommunication and communication solutions to prospective residential customers.

**Responsibilities For the Field Sales Agent**:

- Engage directly with potential customers within assigned territories to promote Rogers' home internet, TV, and wireless services
- Utilize provided leads to communicate with customers one-on-one to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Educate customers on the latest promotions and benefits of Rogers' home services
- Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to close out sales for interested and qualified customers
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Ability to engage favourably with customers, clients, departments, and the management team

- Sound judgment and discretion when approaching consumer concerns and making decisions
- Reliable transportation to the office

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per week
