We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the Rogers telecommunications campaign, helping customers stay connected through world-class wireless and internet solutions. As a key part of our customer-facing team, you'll assist clients with plan recommendations, device options, and account services while delivering the high-quality support Rogers is known for.

**What You'll Do as a Rogers Customer Service Representative**:

- Speak directly with customers to answer product, billing, and service-related questions
- Recommend Rogers wireless and internet plans that meet each customer’s unique needs
- Assist with account changes, service upgrades, device troubleshooting, and retention
- Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on satisfaction and solution-based service
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Represent Rogers with professionalism, positivity, and clear communication

**What We're Looking For**:

Pay: $800.00-$1,150.00 per week
