i there, my name is Shayan and I run a growing real estate business in the Greater Toronto Area. I'm looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me with admin tasks, client communication, CRM updates, lead management, scheduling, and general business operations.

I work quickly and I value accuracy, communication, and consistency.

If you're reliable, proactive, and can follow SOPs, this role can grow into a long-term position.

A few questions to start:

  • What relevant experience do you have with real estate or operations work?
  • What tools and software are you familiar with (CRMs, Google Workspace, etc.)?
  • What hours are you available and what time zone are you in?
  • What is your expected hourly rate?
  • Can you follow detailed SOPs and provide daily reports?
