What You'll Do
As part of our repair and refurbishment division, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring a range of devices to full working order. You'll work across laptops, desktops, Macs, tablets, and accessories - ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in every repair.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across multiple device types.
- Perform soldering, part replacements, and component-level repairs.
- Handle BIOS configurations, firmware updates, and MDM unlocks as required.
- Manage high-volume repairs efficiently while maintaining precision and quality.
- Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to communicate repair progress or findings.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate has completed hardware and software repair jobs at scale multiple times and is confident leading the repair cycles independently. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience repairing laptops, Macs, PCs, tablets, or accessories.
- Strong experience with soldering and component replacement.
- Proficiency in BIOS-level troubleshooting, firmware updates, and MDM unlocking.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills across hardware and software.
- Strong time management and ability to work efficiently under steady workloads.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Do you have past repair experience in a high volume, B2B wholesale electronics industry?
- Do you have hands-on experience with soldering different types of electronic components (small/large, surface-mount, through-hole, etc.)?
- Have you worked on BIOS-level troubleshooting, firmware updates, and MDM unlocking?
- Are you comfortable working full-time, onsite, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional flexibility in hours?
