The Computer Technician & Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of warehouse and technical operations, including receiving, testing, refurbishing, upgrading, storing, and shipping computer equipment. This role blends hands-on logistics duties with computer diagnostics and quality assurance, ensuring products are processed accurately, efficiently, and to high-quality standards while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key accountabilities and Contributions:

Ship and receive inventory to and from the warehouse. Load, unload, sort, and move stock by hand or with the use of material handling equipment.

Record and report problems such as damages, shortage, and non-conformance to specifications. Document and report accept or reject quality control results.

Using computerized and manual records, receive and scan inventory, record warranty information and generate receiving reports.

Inspect, test, clean, and refurbish inbound computers, notebooks, monitors, input devices, and other computer equipment.

Diagnose and locate component failure or faults, determine corrective action, or report failure.

Perform bench repair and upgrades such as memory, hard drives, and other peripherals.

Perform hardware and software upgrades and installations (Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS)

Complete documentation such as commercial invoice, export documentation, and quality control reports.

Weigh and measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

Pick orders and perform a QA check to ensure orders are correct and complete. Package orders carefully to prevent damage in transit, and prepare the shipment.

Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to obtain freight quotes and arrange shipments

This role involves some face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions with internal and external customers, business partners, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You possess a background in at least one of the following; computer repair/refurbishment; shipping receiving; inventory control, and demonstrate both the core competencies and desire to be trained in the other areas.

Experience installing and configuring software, and hardware with minor computer break/fix and troubleshooting.

Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and MS Office.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required to pick up or deliver within the GTA.

This role involves lifting and moving objects 10 to 30 lbs. and occasionally moving and lifting objects 50 to 60 lbs. Frequent standing, bending and walking.

CSA-approved safety shoes or boots.

Fluency with the English language; reading, write, and speaking is essential to the role. A clear criminal background check is required for this role. (Must be bondable)
