Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Account Manager located in Langley, BC. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met. The Account Manager will also assist in meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a consistent reporting structure to track progress and performance.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software
  • Knowledge of the geosynthetics or construction industry is a plus
