We are currently looking for someone to join our team that can see clients in-person in Stratford, and also virtually as needed.

Registered Social Worker (MSW) - Counsellor

  • Couples experience/training and ability to work with couples is required.
  • Evening and/or weekend availability is an asset

Applicants:

  • Have a Masters of Social Work degree (MSW)
  • Lived experience considered a strong asset.
  • Be registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Hold professional liability insurance (min. $5,000,000).
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years clinical experience.
  • Flexibility in their hours of availability preferred; evenings or weekends are an asset.
  • The ideal candidate would have training in/experience working with one or more of the following (but not limited to): Trauma; EMDR; PTSD; Somatic Therapy/Somatic Experiencing, Couples therapy; Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy; Gottman Method; CBT; DBT; Solution Focused Therapy.
  • Have engaged in their own personal therapy and healing.
  • Posses strong clinical skills; ability to keep proper process notes and service/treatment plans.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive working independently.
  • Own a personal computer and posses strong computer literacy skills.
  • Be interested in working collaboratively.
  • Desire to collaborate and stretch their creative sides in building or offering groups, community building activities or presentations, workshops etc.
  • Have a strong belief in human resilience.
  • Hold a genuine passion for helping clients reclaim their mental wellbeing; personal power; health; relationships etc. and rise to live their best life.
  • Be looking to settle into a long-term position and grow with a wonderful group of likeminded clinicians.

Pay: $90.00-$105.00 per hour
