Senior Line Cook

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong understanding of par levels and maintaining proper stock at all times
  • Experience with quality control, checking consistency, taste, and presentation
  • Must know how to vac pac and handle stored/prepped items properly
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently during service
  • Able to take initiative and support the team when stations fall behind

Responsibilities

  • Oversee one or more stations during service
  • Ensure all dishes meet Daymi's quality and portion standards
  • Maintain proper prep levels and support the team in staying service-ready
  • Follow and reinforce kitchen procedures
  • Assist in training junior staff when needed

Schedule

  • Starts part-time
  • Can transition to full-time based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
