Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Shore Lunch Preparation Staff. This role is an essential part of the guest experience, ensuring fishing guides are equipped with everything they need to deliver a memorable shore lunch for guests.

You will work independently, following daily task lists, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This is a seasonal position running from May through September, with scheduled afternoon and evening shifts (4–6 days per week).

  • Compensation: $17.60 per hour (plus gratuities)

  • Free housing provided for full-time staff (shared accommodations with full kitchen).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and restock items as required

  • Complete assigned maintenance tasks related to the position

  • Assemble shore lunch kits for guides according to detailed instructions

  • Notify supervisor of low stock items to ensure timely replenishment

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

  • Assist the kitchen team with dishes and related tasks as needed

Qualifications
