Join the MWK team at one of Ontario's premier ski club- Alpine Ski Club Our clubhouse serves members and guests throughout a busy winter season, offering high-quality food and exceptional service. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to support our kitchen team during peak ski months.

Position Overview

The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. You will work alongside chefs, cooks, and front-of-house staff to ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned quickly and properly—keeping service running smoothly during busy ski days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashing machine and wash pots, pans, and utensils by hand as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish pit
  • Take out garbage, recycling, and organics as required
  • Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces)
  • Help with kitchen prep tasks when required
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety guidelines
  • Support the team during busy service periods and special events

Qualifications

  • No experience required — we provide training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Must have consistent availability Wednesday–Sunday, including holidays and special event days (e.g., Christmas period, Family Day)

Schedule & Season

  • Typical shifts: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Must be flexible to stay until all closing tasks are completed on busy days
  • Ski club is closed Mondays and Tuesdays
  • Season runs from December through March

Compensation & Benefits
