Beer and Wine Clerk

**Wine and Beer Clerk - Part time**
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and customer service driven individual to join our

team in the Wine & Beer department.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers, ensuring proper smart serve protocol is followed
- Stock product following proper rotation and facing procedures
- Ensure that Wine and Beer department is clean and free from debris, sweep and mopping
- Deliver exceptional customer service including greeting guests as they enter the store and

assisting them in finding products
- Respond to customer compliments and complaints
- Ensure department has correct prices displayed
- Other duties as assigned (etc. Paperwork, till training, Counting inventory in back room)
- Build and maintain displays for stock and merchandise in the department (seasonally and

depending on holiday)

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent Customer Service
- Minimum 18 years of age, as required by law
- Holds valid Smart Serve or willing to obtain
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
