The Crystal Lodge are looking for an Experience Ambassador that will share the Whistler stoke and provide guests with a truly unique Whistler experience starting late November 2025

This role is a great opportunity to not only deliver excellent customer service but also build amazing professional relationships and maximize your time on the hill The role is 40 hours per week and will include split-shifts (so you can ride for a few hours in the day), early shifts (for those late day laps) and afternoon shifts (for those sweet powder mornings), as well as two days off per week. You will be given a complimentary Spirit Pass and together with the carefully designed schedule, you have the opportunity to smash a 100-day season

Some of the duties that are part of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, retrieve and store guests ski and snowboard equipment throughout the day in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest luggage ensuring that it is stored and labeled appropriately, then delivered promptly.
  • Safely store ski and snowboard equipment within the ski valet room to ensure prompt retrieval at guests' requirements.
  • Provide guests with both on and off-mountain information and knowledge so that they can get the most out of their trip.
  • Clean and maintain lobby, entrance doors and bell trolleys including snow removal, sweeping and mopping.
  • Provide a car valet service when required ensuring that cars are retrieved in a timely manner and parked appropriately.
  • Support shuttle drivers upon group arrival and when required, complete porterage duties.
  • Maintain the ski valet and luggage rooms to ensure that they remain clean, tidy and safe at all times.

This is a physical role, so you must be comfortable moving/ pushing heavy bell carts and ski equipment – full training will be provided. There will also be times where you greet guests from the Village stroll no matter the weather, a winter jacket will be provided on these occasions.

The ideal candidate will be customer service driven and thrive off providing outstanding service delivery. Good knowledge of Whistler Blackcomb is preferred and you must have a passion for winter sports – the role comes with a FREE ski pass and you are expected to utilize this as much as possible to share the stoke with our guests

Whilst these current roles are winter focused, there is every possibility that they may be extended into year-round positions.

To be considered for this role, you must have a current legal status to work in Canada, be available to work until mountain closure in April 2026 and have a full Canadian driver's license.

Please note, we are unable to support with staff housing at the moment.
