The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe._

The Bell / Amenity Attendant can often be the first point of contact for guests as they enter the hotel, and in helping with luggage upon departure, can also be the last. The Bell / Amenity Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service while assisting guests. The Attendant is responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel, assisting with luggage, valeting guest vehicles, and assisting with the use of bicycles, canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards as the season dictates

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT HAVE STAFF HOUSING AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION. THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS ESTABLISHED HOUSING IN WHISTLER.

**Job Duties**
- Be an ambassador of Nita Lake Lodge and Whistler
- Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival and providing a genuine farewell at departure
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Escort guests to their guest room and assist with baggage
- Store and retrieve luggage
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Property upkeep (e.g. watering plants if need be, tidying front entrances)
- Ensuring bicycles are clean and secured properly
- Assist guests with canoes, kayaks and paddleboards
- Training of new team members
- Other related duties as assigned by the Front Office leadership team

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Prior hospitality, tourism or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to transfer luggage from vehicle trunks to bell carts and to guest rooms, ranging up to 40lbs
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
- Knowledge of Whistler area
- Excellent English communication skills with additional languages an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Guest services focused
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
