Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Assist guests with product demos, upselling, and providing information about services and amenities
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the cleanliness of the service area
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support sales efforts through effective communication, upselling, and promoting available products or services
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple guest requests during busy periods
  • Ensure proper documentation of transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve a broader range of guests
  • Experience in retail sales, technical sales, or customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate products and perform product demos confidently
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
