As a Guest Experience Specialist at North Hill Mazda, you will create exciting and memorable experiences as our guests pick up their new vehicles and assist our Finance team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Typical workday**:

- Greet all customers and introduce them to the requested department/individual.
- Provide a consistent, outstanding experience for each guest while guiding them through features of their new vehicle.
- Prepare deal folders and maintain brochures/other materials.
- Complete post-delivery follow-up.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

**Schedule**:Variety of weekday/evening, and Saturday Shifts.
