We’re looking for a **Guest Service & Sales Specialist** who brings both style and substance to our Guest Services team.

- Fashion-savvy with a polished, professional appearance
- Experienced in sales and client care—ideally in beauty, spa, or luxury retail
- Mature, reliable, and composed in a busy, dynamic environment

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Confidently recommend services and retail products to meet guest needs and drive revenue, and set goals to meet sales targets.
- Manage booking and scheduling with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain the front-of-house image and brand standards
- Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)

Work Location: In person
