We are seeking a
Proposal Coordinator/Specialist
, based out of our Toronto or Montreal office for a contract of 12 months.

This role will see you accountable for the coordination, development and organization of proposal, business development, and marketing documents that communicate DRA's value proposition to all stakeholders.

Using the applicable tools, guidelines and templates, you will contribute to our Origination team, through;

  • Proposal coordination and development:
  • Working with Origination leaders and proposal team members to coordinate, develop, deliver successful/ winning proposals to clients
  • Providing original writing for proposals and marketing materials, incl graphics as required.

  • Proofing and editing technical and non-technical proposal documents for accuracy and consistency.

  • Business Development material development:

  • Coordinating with Origination, Delivery and Operations personnel to support development of business development and marketing material.

  • Collaborating with the Origination team to establish and populate dedicated core client information and supporting the development of documented client strategies and related information.

  • Knowledge and data management

  • Controlling, maintaining and supporting proposal collaboration tools, content and use (i.e. SharePoint).
  • Assisting in developing, updating and maintaining new or existing general/ additional business development qualification materials for current and future pursuit efforts to maximize quality and efficiency of sales document preparation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience with engineering, testing, project and professional services.
  • 3+ years' previous experience in Business Development & established customer networks
  • 3+ years' experience in networking with clients at both corporate and operational levels
  • Professional French and English required.
