About the role
As a Data & BI Analyst, you will make an impact by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be a valued member of the Data Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple domains to design scalable data solutions and deliver compelling visualizations.
In this role, you will:
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines integrating SQL, Snowflake, and other cloud platforms to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data quality monitoring using Collibra and related tools.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and deliver impactful data stories.
- Implement automated data quality checks and lineage tracking to maintain trust and compliance across enterprise datasets.

What you need to have to be considered
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation) and ETL/automation tools like Alteryx.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data storytelling for business impact.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
These will help you stand out
- Knowledge of Python, R, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and integration with BI solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise data governance frameworks and KPI dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to lead cross-functional workshops.
- Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
