Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support our sales and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, or sales support and be comfortable handling data with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify sales orders and related documents to ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, taxes, and payment terms.
  • Liaise with internal sales teams to confirm order details and validate customer and contract information.
  • Enter and audit sales orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to follow up on invoicing and payment processes.
  • Assist with reporting, reconciliation, and maintaining organized financial records.
  • Support accounts receivable processes, including tracking outstanding invoices, payment follow-ups, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, sales support, or accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
