Role Description

This is a full-time/Contract role for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with stakeholders to design Salesforce-based solutions. The role includes conducting gap analyses, preparing user stories, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. The analyst will also serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring project milestones are met and solutions are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Process Documentation
  • Strong skills in Salesforce Platform knowledge, including configuration, capabilities, and ecosystem tools
  • Competence in conducting Gap Analyses, Designing Solutions, and Writing User Stories
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Consultant (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
