Sr. Business Analyst, Commercial Finance

Location:
Burlington, ON (Hybrid – generally two days on-site, with flexibility depending on business priorities)

We're looking for a strategic and solutions-oriented
Senior Business Analyst
to join our Commercial Finance team. This high-impact role acts as a trusted business partner, supporting our After-Sales operations across
Canada and Mexico
.

You'll play a critical role in driving financial insights, enabling stronger decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence across Parts, Service, and Warranty. If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoy turning data into actionable strategy, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.

What You'll Own


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for Parts and Service operations


• Prepare accurate month-end financials, performance reports, KPIs, and analytics for leadership reviews


• Support accounting processes and P&L audits to ensure financial integrity


• Analyze, forecast, and recommend actions related to warranty expenses and reserves


• Partner with After-Sales teams to support operational initiatives and continuous process improvements


• Bring forward insights that strengthen commercial decisions and drive business performance

What You Bring to the Table


• Minimum
5+ years
in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning


• Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities


• Proactive, collaborative team player with a strong ownership mindset


• Advanced
Excel
skills; familiarity with
Power Query
and
SAP
is a strong asset


• Strong problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity and connect the dots


• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment


• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; professional designation (
CPA, CFA, CMA, CA, CGA, or GE's FMP
) preferred
