Long View is seeking a dynamic and client-facing M365 Intune/SCCM Endpoint Consultant for our Integrated Global Services branch who is passionate about providing knowledgeable and excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be a member of a team focused on daily operations and improvements of the client's Microsoft technology stack A Day in the Life Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, SCCM, and Intune. Managing Policies Packaging & Deploying Applications Automating Patching Deployments Creating knowledgebase content documenting known errors, workaround, procedures and application specific information Expanding or modifying systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow Provide guidance to clients on-site and remotely supporting their Microsoft technology stack Work with architects, project managers and team leaders to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion towards successful closure Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in line with incident priorities and the client priority support matrix. Assist in identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities concerns within the Microsoft technologies stack. Windows 11, SCCM, and Intune. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in deployment and support for SCCM, Intune, WSUS 5+ years of experience with Endpoint management software Experience in the delivery and management of enterprise mobility management software, including Intune or Ivanti, AirWatch. Experience with Patch My PC, Ivanti or AirWatch 3+ years of experience in IT consulting including the ability to communicate product benefits and unique service capabilities and offerings to IT and business leaders Ability to deliver OS Deployments, including technical knowledge of SCCM OSD, and, Windows 11, imaging. Strong skills around Active Directory GPO, including configuration and security for, Windows 11, Scripting Proficiency with application deployment, application packaging/troubleshooting and application remediation Experience working with project teams and transitioning a service to operations Stay up to date with the technology changes and make recommendations for current and future technology states What Makes You Extra Awesome Demonstrating Thought Leadership Experience with desktop architecture Understanding of and willingness to work with Intune and Autopilot Experience with other endpoint management platforms: such as Ivanti, Vmware Workspace, Jamf etc Why Work at Long View?
