Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Sales Representative located in Vancouver, BC. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions for precast concrete products. The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing quotes, collaborating with the production team, and staying informed about construction industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including client engagement, relationship building, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and experience promoting building materials or related products
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotes, interpret technical specifications, and coordinate with production teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer tools
  • Experience with precast concrete products or similar materials is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
