We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to cover the Lower Mainland region. This position is remote, with travel required within the territory.

Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities throughout the Lower Mainland. Develop relationships with architects, builders, property managers, and business owners. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure deals meet margin and delivery standards. Collaborate closely with Urban Sign's production and project management teams. Track and manage leads, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins. Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events to build the brand presence.

Requirements 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within signage, manufacturing, or construction-related industries. Experience working remotely and managing a defined territory. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland. Experience with CRM systems is an asset. Compensation: This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total compensation determined based on experience and performance.
