We're looking for full-time shipping and receiving clerk/ warehouse operator who are looking to grow with us at our brand-new site.

Location: Scoudouc Industrial Park

What You'll Do:

  • Greeting drivers and visitors with excellent customer service
  • Organizing trailers in/out of warehouse doors
  • Advising warehouse of arrivals and assigning doors for drivers
  • Verifying reefer settings on trailers and ensuring trailer suitability, sealing trailers
  • Organizing shipping/receiving documentation
  • Processing required paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Return paperwork to driver and release truck
  • E-mail transportation companies when loads are ready
  • Monitoring work flow
  • Reporting discrepancies to supervisors
  • Maintain organization of shipping office
  • Maintain files, perform data entry, and answer phones as needed
  • Understand and follow all regulatory compliance related to inbound/outbound shipping and handling of customers products / pallets
  • Perform any other assigned duties

What You Bring:

  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Ability to safely and repeatedly lift, stack, pull and carry items
  • Willingness to work in cold environments (we provide the gear)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout your shift
  • Good communication skills and comfort using computers/handhelds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team
  • Competent and trained or willing to train on safe handling of MHE

Schedule:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • To start this role will be on day shift, however, depending on business requirements the shifts may be changed to rotating M.A.D. shifts (Midnights, Afternoons, Days)
  • Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required
