Service Coordinator
to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.

About the Opportunity:
In this role, you'll be the central point of contact between customers, field staff, and internal teams. You'll ensure schedules run efficiently, customers receive timely updates, and the team has the resources needed to deliver great service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional assistance
  • Schedule and dispatch field staff, adjusting for emergencies and priority requests
  • Confirm appointments, follow up on job assignments, and provide status updates to customers
  • Provide technicians with task details, access information, and required documentation
  • Assist with invoicing and other administrative coordination
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to support operations and customer service
  • Contribute to improving processes and creating efficiencies across the service team

Qualifications:

  • Professional customer service experience (experience in trades is an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and staying calm under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving abilities

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
  • Location: Richmond, BC (vehicle required, as location is not easily accessible by transit)
