Appointment Coordinator - Volkswagen of Richmond
Volkswagen of Richmond is looking to hire an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
  • Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
  • Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  • Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.

What You'll Bring
