We are seeking a temporary evening customer service representative to join the FullMoon Team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for watching the front desk for our evening shift.

Shifts starting at 4:00pm and continuing until the work is complete. (Usually between 9-10:30pm)

This is a temporary contract starting as soon as possible to December 24th. With the opportunity to extend.

Duties

  • Greet clients upon arrival
  • Create invoices and process payments
  • Relay information between clients and FullMoon Autoworks team members
  • General shop tidy-up
  • Provide customer services

Requirements

  • One year previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Computer skills

Assets

  • Previous automotive industry experience
  • Comprehension and recognition of many makes/models of vehicles
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual (recommended, not required)
