**Job Summary**

Extreme Auto Care is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in providing customer service and ensuring the company meets quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Build customer relationships - in person, by phone, and through other mediums
- Work with customers to understand their needs and find the best solution
- Manage relationships with dealer accounts to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Answer the phones to coordinate the flow of work from our large accounts but also from out retail customers as well.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; pass on to upper management then follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Familiarity with Automotive and the industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Protractor and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to be organized and keep a clean work space

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
