Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking licensed Real Estate Sales Representatives in Ontario
who have a background in:

  • Healthcare
    (e.g., nursing, PSW, occupational therapy, physiotherapy)
  • Retirement residences or long-term care
  • Social work or gerontology
  • Financial planning or wealth management
  • Estate settlement or executor support services
  • Other caregiving or client-centered roles

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an
    active Real Estate License in Ontario
    (or is in process of completing)
  • Has a
    background in healthcare, retirement living, financial planning, or estate settlement
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Is passionate about working with seniors, caregivers, and families
  • Thrives in a relationship-based, service-first brokerage model
  • Values integrity, education, and trust
    above all else

Responsibilities:

  • Guide seniors and families through the
    downsizing and estate settlement process
  • Provide expert real estate services
    (listing, buying, selling, retirement living transitions)
  • Collaborate with
    our vetted partners
    to deliver one-stop solutions (moving, decluttering, financial planning, executor support, home modifications, etc.)
  • Educate clients using our
    systems and frameworks
    to reduce stress during major life transitions
  • Build meaningful relationships that go beyond the transaction

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role
    with unlimited earning potential, supported by strong brokerage resources.
