Jiffy Lube corporate office located in Edmonton; Alberta is currently looking for a Vice President (VP) of Marketing. The successful candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including local promotional events, sponsorships, paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing. Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee all marketing initiatives that support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Having regard to business and operational objectives, and as part of the management team
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase car count
  • Set current and long-term performance objectives
  • Maintain and report against the marketing budget
  • Build relationships with operators, media and stakeholders
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and implement improvements
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
  • Identify and report on challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective (local) marketing events or projects
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives
  • Track competitors' activities

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital and electronic marketing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
