Mission context PMO / Project Manager- Cash Management -

Cash Management Competence Center - works on CLIENT group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise of Client globally.

Our team is responsible for the Cash Management o er, service and infrastructure related to the payables and receivables. Our responsibilities covers the following aspects:

 Define the product vision with the key stakeholders

 Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/o er vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)

 Coordinate the "demand to delivery process" based on the business value management

Our team is currently working on the development of Cash Management o er in the United States supporting our Strategic client in their development.

Function description:

PMO / Project Manager in support of the Program Manager will have to cover the following tasks:

 Support the program manager in the conduct of all activities

(stakeholders' alignment, planning…) and production of deliverables (Roadmap, KPIs, Financials...) aimed at preparing all key committees composed of members of top management.

 Take ownership on several specific initiative(s)

o Define the product vision

o Business needs identification

o Facilitate governance

o Align product team with central IT

o Risk, quality and issue management

o Go-to-market actions

o Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction

 Design the Target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product o er and portfolio development.

Language requirements

French Is a plus

English  Excellent written and oral

Required: Experience / knowledge

 At least 5 years of relevant experience

Technical experience

Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments.

Capable to speak to IT, Ops, legal, compliance and business people.

International payments ecosystems

Business experience mandatory:

 Banking experience

 Payments management experience

 Correspondent banking operating model

Preferable

 Finance and treasury
