Business analyst

We are seeking an exceptional
Business Analyst
to joinour growing IT team at IPH Limited.

As a Business Analyst, you will focus on managing and evolving our software products, both COTS-based and internally developed. You will partner with stakeholders to identify system deficiencies, areas for automation, and process improvements, and develop system requirements to implement these changes.

The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized individual who can handle multiple projects and provide essential support to our technology and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and mapping current business processes to identify improvements and redesign opportunities.
• Developing system requirements and managing the implementation of changes.
• Prioritizing and aligning feature requests with stakeholders based on a cost-benefit framework.
• Communicating new features and functionalities across the organization.
• Maintaining and translating data dictionaries and process flows.
• Identifying automation opportunities and simplifying existing processes.
• Supporting IT delivery teams in defining target states and ensuring clear development requirements.
• Developing and maintaining training materials, and providing systems training.
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with security and risk measures.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software delivery or IP Operations management.
• Experience in product management, technology support, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Anaqua and Elite software is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, process management tools, and financial applications.
• Lean or Agile certification is an asset.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
