Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented National Manager of Operations Excellence to join our team and provide high-level support to our franchise-partners across Canada. This role serves as a vital link between the franchisor and franchisees, ensuring operational excellence in the areas of admissions learner support, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate is an excellent business coach and trainer who is capable of building rapport and delivering constructive feedback. You will be responsible for setting standards for day-to-day campus operations, supporting new and existing franchise-partners, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and promote training in key operational areas, including PKT, sales practices, system usage, and customer service.
- Conduct regular campus visits, performance reviews, and check-ins with franchise-partners to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise-partners and their teams through regular communication and meetings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisees, addressing day-to-day operational matters.
- Support new franchise-partners through onboarding, training, and integration into operational systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Academics, Technology, Marketing, and Operations) to align strategies and share best practices from the field.
- Translate franchisee, internal, and regulatory feedback into actionable process improvements and support documentation.
- Ensure franchisee compliance with regulatory and franchisor standards through audits, visits, and documentation support.
- Prepare and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance checks, and brand standards.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and tools to guide franchise-partners in meeting expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills:
- 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in B2B customer support, particularly in operational excellence, sales, a franchised environment, and/or education.
- Strong knowledge of structured sales approaches and concepts of continuous improvement.
- Adeptly deliver in-person training sessions and webinars.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for campus visits and partner meetings.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field is required. Appropriate experience may satisfy this requirement.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially with excel.
- Good IT/Tech skills.
The position reports directly to the Managing Director of AOL.
Please note
- Education: Bachelor's (required)
- Experience: 3–5 years' experience in B2B customer support, sales, and education or franchise environments.
- Salary: $90,000 - $98,000, compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Job Type: Full-Time Permanent.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work Location: In person, on site – Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1J8.
