Our client, one of Canada's leading maintenance service and facility cleaning provider is expanding and therefore looking for a (nightshift) Operations Manager to be in charge of one of their largest clients in the Greater Vancouver Area.

As a true night owl with a background in the janitorial/commercial cleaning industry, you will work with the Operations team to manage the scope of work at the client site and are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.

In this position as Operations Manager, you have the opportunity to proactively seek ways to improve performance and productivity and ensure that the organization meets its contractual obligations in line with service and budget parameters.

Since you'll be responsible for managing a large(r) team, the organization is looking for an Industry Professional who is a true team player and has the proven ability to motivate others through providing coaching, feedback and last but not least, recognition.

This specific position does require someone who is capable of managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and prioritizing tasks while keeping tight deadlines in mind.

For the successful candidate, our clients offers a base salary starting at $60k - $70k, an extended medical, dental, vision, paramedical and EFAP benefits plan, growth opportunities and support from the organization's Leadership Development Program.
