Manager of Admissions Excellence
I am partnering with a well-established, national career education organization that supports adult learners across Canada by delivering career-focused diploma and certificate programs aligned with in-demand industries. My client partner operates within a franchise-based model and is known for its strong brand, commitment to learner success, and collaborative culture.
They are seeking a Manager of Admissions Excellence—a high-impact, relationship-driven leader who will work closely with franchise partners to elevate admissions performance, strengthen sales effectiveness, and enhance the overall learner experience across campuses nationwide.
This is a highly visible role that blends sales coaching, performance analytics, training delivery, and franchise partnership, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, hands-on environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As Manager of Admissions Excellence, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach to franchise partners and admissions teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and results across the network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-person campus visits to deliver sales coaching and admissions performance support
- Building strong, credible relationships with franchise owners, managers, and admissions teams
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on lead activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Delivering training and workshops on admissions best practices, sales processes, lead conversion, customer service, and funding programs
- Supporting campuses with financial insights, including revenue opportunities, budgeting discussions, and profitability improvement
- Facilitating the sharing of best practices across the franchise network
- Overseeing mystery shop programs and providing actionable feedback
- Reviewing campus branding, social media, and online presence to ensure professionalism and brand alignment
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop admissions playbooks, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Traveling regularly across Canada to support campus partners
What My Client Is Looking For
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in sales coaching, admissions, customer service, or franchised/education environments
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes, lead management systems, and performance improvement
- Proven ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training
- Confidence working with sales data, reports, and basic financial information
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable influencing and coaching without direct authority
- Willingness to travel frequently across Canada
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new CRM or lead management tools
What's in It for You
- Competitive compensation
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, paid time off)
- On-site parking
- Opportunity to make a national impact across a respected education network
- Collaborative leadership team and strong organizational support
