About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer (AI & Automation Focus) to design, automate, and optimize our end-to-end growth and lead generation system.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll own outbound and inbound acquisition, CRM hygiene, automation, paid campaigns, analytics, and experimentation—building an intelligent, automated growth stack that scales with minimal friction.

You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over how growth happens.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation, Outreach & CRM Ownership

  • Research and build targeted lead lists aligned with ICPs
  • Identify decision-makers and validate contact data
