**Job Opportunity: Lead Generator - Web Design and SEM Marketing Services**

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the growth of our web design and search engine marketing (SEM) services We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator to assist in populating our leads sheet with potential clients. This part-time, fully remote position offers uncapped commissions and the flexibility to scale your hours based on performance.

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients who may benefit from our web design and SEM marketing services. Your primary focus will be to populate our leads sheet with accurate and relevant information to facilitate our sales team's outreach efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Research**: Utilize online resources to identify businesses that could benefit from our services.

2. **Data Entry**: Populate our leads sheet with key information, including contact details, industry, and potential needs.

3. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead information for effective outreach.

4. **Communication**: Collaborate with the sales team to understand ideal client profiles and gather feedback on lead quality.

5. **Metrics Tracking**: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to lead generation.

6. **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about industry trends, target markets, and competitive landscape to enhance lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Excel**: Ability to navigate and manipulate data in Excel for efficient lead tracking.
- **Comfortable with Computers**: Familiarity with online research tools and basic computer skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set goals, and meet targets with mínimal supervision.
