Job Overview:

Duties:

- Greet guests warmly, take orders, process payments, and address customer concerns promptly.

- Operate cash registers efficiently and utilize suggestive-selling techniques to enhance sales.

- Ensure accuracy in fulfilling guests' orders.

- Prepare and package food and beverages according to company standards.

- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, counters, and dining spaces.

- Uphold Health and Safety regulations within the workplace.

- Assist in unloading and stocking inventory as required.

- Perform tasks across various workstations such as front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, etc.

- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines set by Burger King.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any operational issues.

- Develop teamwork skills to achieve common goals effectively.

- Address guests' needs professionally and courteously.

- Engage positively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team environment.

- Ability to handle all restaurant duties efficiently.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

- Proficiency in local language for clear communication.

- Capability to handle customer concerns tactfully.
