Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting customers as needed.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
  • Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
