Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Marketing, Account Management, and Sales Development. Together, you will build meaningful partnerships and drive growth. This role plays a key part in expanding Kii Health's presence in the employee health and risk management space by helping organizations discover solutions that truly make a difference.

What You Will Be Doing

As Director of Business Development, you will be a key growth driver for Kii Health and represent our full suite of services, including Healthcare Navigation, Occupational Health, and Disability Management.

This role is focused on net new business growth across the Ontario market and spans partner, distributor, and direct sales channels. You will be part of a dynamic national team, contributing directly to Kii Health's expansion while also supporting long term client success.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Identifying and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns
  • Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with prospective clients
  • Understanding client needs and market trends to deliver practical, impactful solutions
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales materials
  • Negotiating contracts that balance client value and business growth
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of accounts and opportunities
  • Identifying new markets, sectors, and use cases for Kii Health's services
  • Partnering with Account Management and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long term success for new and existing clients

What You Need to Be Successful

Seven or more years of proven experience in sales and customer management

What Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience selling within a healthcare environment
  • Experience in marketing or demand generation
  • Experience selling into the insurance industry
  • Established relationships and credibility within the industry

  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms and tools
