We're looking for a proven B2B sales hunter who already lives on Vancouver Island and knows how to build a territory from the ground up. If you don't have real B2B sales experience, this isn't the role for you.

About the Role

This is a true outside-sales position calling on automotive dealerships and service centers in downtown Victoria. You'll open new accounts, deepen existing ones, and be the go-to resource for our dealership service programs. You'll spend your time in the field — not sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business and grow revenue in your Vancouver Island territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and service providers
  • Present, demo, and train customers on Wagonmaster programs
  • Manage your pipeline, track activity, and report through our CRM
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and management to support customers
  • Resolve issues quickly and protect the accounts you've built

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or outside business development experience OR strong automotive maintenance/service experience with the drive and ability to transition into B2B sales
  • You currently live on Vancouver Island
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and closing skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard sales tools
  • Organized, accountable, and able to run your territory independently
  • Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Full EV car ownership is not eligible for the position
